Expansion of food types via 3D food printing: artificial meat, super-care food, 4D food, and edible robots

In recent years, many companies and research institutes have been conducting on food 3D printers. The most commonly known printing method is the thermal melting lamination method, fused deposition modeling (FDM), in which plastic materials are melted then ejected from a nozzle. used this thermoplastic resins such as ABS PLA. order to print variety of materials, various types methods developed, it currently already possible including metal, wood, gel. There also growing movement apply technology industry create using chocolate, jelly, dough, accordingly, there methods, syringe screw method. paper, we introduce printers their applications.
